Max Bill Junghans Watches

Clean, simple, and elegant design are the hallmarks of Bill’s contribution to timepiece lore. Max Bill Junghans watches are not only known for their near perfect design, but also their near perfect precision.

Junghans recently revived these gorgeous watches from their design archives, and the re-release retains the same aesthetic beauty of the original, with vintage understated sizing of 38mm and an acrylic crystal, updated with modern movements and materials.

The new Max Bill Junghans are mated with hand-wound, automatic, or automatic chronograph Swiss movements.

A little history of the man:

Max Bill (1908-1994) was a man whom others fancied as a ‘universal creator’. His work spanned many mediums including architecture, sculpture, painting, education, politics, typeface design, graphic design, industrial design, and product design. Bill designed a host of watches and clocks in the late 1950s and early 1960s for German watchmaker Junghans, which has been around since 1861.

Cost: $630-$1,900
